What we collect

Your email address, display name, the hires you log (pro, job type, price, month, note, optional receipt photo), and verification information you submit.

Verification data

Street addresses are stored privately and never shown to other users. Uploaded verification documents are stored in private storage, visible only to admins during review, and deleted once a decision is made.

AI processing

If you use the group-chat import feature, the text you paste is processed by an AI service to extract business mentions. Before processing, the app removes names, phone numbers, and email addresses from the text. De-identified text is not stored by the AI service beyond the request.

What other users see

Verified neighbors see your display name alongside hires you log. Individual prices are visible only when 3 or more verified neighbors have reported the same pro and job type. Your address, email, and receipts are never shown.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the Me page. This removes your profile and personal details; anonymized hire data may be retained to preserve community price statistics.
