Review Policy

First-hand only

Every hire log must describe a service you personally hired and paid for. Business owners and employees may not log hires for their own business — the app blocks this automatically.

What businesses can and cannot do

A verified business owner may update their phone, website, and description, and may post one reply per review. Owners cannot edit, hide, or delete neighbor reviews, and cannot change their ranking — rankings come only from neighbor hire data.

Price privacy

An individual price is never shown on its own. Prices become visible only when 3 or more verified neighbors reported the same pro and job type.

Flagging

Any neighbor can flag a review. Admins review flags and may hide content that violates this policy. All moderation actions are recorded in an audit log.

Example data

Before launch, the app contains fictional example data clearly marked with an "Example data" badge. All example data is removed before the community opens.
